The services will be paid in advance by the customer by means of card or bank transfer.
When scheduling an appointment or purchasing a membership plan or other product or service, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made online by
- Credit or debit card. Through this means of payment, the buyer will have to provide his card number, the expiration date and his CVV number. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under secure server to the bank’s virtual TPV. This procedure does not provide any data of your card to www.studio3dbrows.com
- Bank transfer: The customer to make the payment by this method must make a bank transfer (determining in the concept the reference of the order) within a maximum of 3 working days from the order. The company reserves the right to cancel the order if it has not received confirmation of the transfer after this period. The bank account will be shown to the customer at the moment he chooses this payment method and he will receive an email indicating the amount and account to which to make the transfer.
The consumer and/or user will have up to 48 hours to cancel their appointment before the stipulated time.
By entering your credit card information, the user accepts a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service.
To cancel or modify an appointment, the user can carry out the process from their registered user at www.studio3dbrows.com by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the studio where your appointment is scheduled.
Credit card information is encrypted and stored in the customer’s profile to be used in accordance with our cancellation / no show policy.
If the client is in a 3D Brows Studio and decides to cancel after paying for a semi-permanent procedure, the refund will be 75% of the cost of the procedure. The 25% cannot be returned for the use of expendable materials.
