All of our services are customizable to  your facial anatomy, pigmentation of your skin & most important the look you want! 

“Classic Lashes: Achieved hair by hair, giving a natural look, lengthening and providing volume to your own lashes. 

Hybrid Lashes: “Very similar to classic, however the effect is achieved with several hairs together, it is more filling and different sizes of hair are used.

Volume Lashes: “Achieve a more dramatic look by filling in the lashes with interlocking “overlap”  hairs for more volume.”

The initiation fee is to activate your membership to begin taking advantage of your benefits, it is a one time cost.

Your monthly membership only has a 3 months commitment! 

We want our members to be here because they want to be here… not because they are forced by a long-term commitment… Though we hope you stay forever, we understand life changes; moving, job changes, anything! 

Just send an email 5 days before your next auto payment if you no longer wish to continue.

Studio 3D Brows prides itself in only offering the best!  Our Artists receive extensive training, enroll in continued education, keeping up with the aesthetic trends, ensuring our members get the absolute BEST!  

While we always advise our clients to book their appointments in advance to secure their spot, we will always try our best to accommodate you at our earliest availability. If you know you are going to miss or won’t be able to make it, you can always call us 24 hours prior to cancel/reschedule at no charge to avoid late cancellation/no show fee.

Consults are free! Booking availability is very important and the time is set aside, especially for you.  Our no-show policy is applicable to consults, therefore we do require a card on file to hold the slot.

POLICIES AND FEES

Booking Process

  • Must have a card on file, account, client will be automatically charged at the time of booking

Membership Dues 

  • Initiation: $149 – upon joining

Refund Policy

  • NO REFUNDS

Cancelation of Appointment Policy

  • Cancelation: Must Provide 24 hours notice 
  • $55 – No Show/ No Call: Did not give any notice within the 24 hour cancelation period
  • $55 – Late Arrival: Any more than a minute late 

Failed Auto Payment

  • Late payment processing fee automatically charged for any failed auto payment not reconciled within 48 hours of the first attempt

FEE: $35

Chargeback 

  • If a chargeback is processed for a valid charge through merchant services, my membership will be frozen. Membership will not be reinstated until the charge is reconciled.

FEE: $35 TO REINSTATE MEMBERSHIP 

Late Payment 

  • Late payment processing fee automatically charged for any failed auto payment not reconciled within 48 hours of the first attempt
  • FEE: $35

Cancellation of Membership

  • 3 month minimum commitment  
  • No long term commitment, can cancel any time, 
  • **Must be completed at least 5 days prior to auto payment in writing via email
